Please allow a few minutes for your deposit to become visible in your Player Account. In rare cases, there might be delays between banks and providers receiving your request and funds being made available. You can always check to see whether funds have been debited from your bank account, credit card, wallet etc. We might need a proof of payment to be able to check for a missing deposit.
We do not charge fees for deposits.
Players can deposit using a variety of payment methods (depending on region) including Visa, bank transfer and a wide range of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and many more via Coinspaid and Coindirect. Neteller and Skrill are also available (excluding Canada).
To request a withdrawal, you will need to log into your Player Account and go to the Cashier page. You will see the ‘Withdraw’ button; click on it to choose the correct payment method and the amount you would like to withdraw.
You can always check the status of your withdrawal under your ‘transaction history’ section. You should receive the requested amount within 1 to 5 working days.

To avoid experiencing issues, always accept a request to update our app. We release new updates frequently, so please make sure you have the latest version installed.
