Deposits

How do i deposit?

To deposit you will need to log into your Player Account and go to the Cashier page. Click the ‘Deposit’ button to see all payment methods available to you.

My deposit has not reached my Player Account

Please allow a few minutes for your deposit to become visible in your Player Account. In rare cases, there might be delays between banks and providers receiving your request and funds being made available. You can always check to see whether funds have been debited from your bank account, credit card, wallet etc. We might need a proof of payment to be able to check for a missing deposit.

Do you charge any fees on deposits?

We do not charge fees for deposits.

What deposit method are currently available?

Players can deposit using a variety of payment methods (depending on region) including Visa, bank transfer and a wide range of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and many more via Coinspaid and Coindirect. Neteller and Skrill are also available (excluding Canada).

Withdrawals

How do I withdraw funds from my Player Account?

To request a withdrawal, you will need to log into your Player Account and go to the Cashier page. You will see the ‘Withdraw’ button; click on it to choose the correct payment method and the amount you would like to withdraw.

Why havent I received my withdrawal?

You can always check the status of your withdrawal under your ‘transaction history’ section. You should receive the requested amount within 1 to 5 working days.

Do you charge any fees on withdrawals?

We do not charge fees for withdrawals.

Techinal Issues

How do I download and install the SKG Global App?

Android – minimum system requirements: Android 8.0, min 500 MB disk space, 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)

  • Press the button to start the download here
  • When asked to ‘Download file?’, choose ‘Download’
  • Open the .apk file
  • When asked ‘Do you want to install this application’, choose ‘Install’
  • Once installation is complete, choose ‘Open’ to launch SKG Global
  • When asked ‘Allow SKG Global to access this devices location’, choose ‘Allow only while using the app’

iPhone – minimum system requirements: iOS 10, min 500MB disk space, 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)

  • Choose ‘Free Install’
  • Tap ‘Allow’
  • On ‘Profiles & Device Management’, tap on the ‘SKG Global’ Downloaded Profile
  • Tap ‘Install’ to Install the Profile
  • Choose ‘Trust’
  • Tap ‘Install’ to Install the SKG Global application
The app is not responding

If you experience any issues with the app, we advise you to clear your cache and cookies as a first step. If the problem persists, please delete and download the app again on your device. If you require assistance, please send us a screenshot of the error message you receive or details of the problem you have at skgen.global@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.

Mobile app updates

To avoid experiencing issues, always accept a request to update our app. We release new updates frequently, so please make sure you have the latest version installed.
